The Problem

This concrete slab floor in Melbourne required repair and make good. The slab had developed serious cracks throughout. This was due mainly to movement in the underlying soil substrate and poor footings, in addition to varied causes such as erosion and settlement below the slab. Eventually slabs can break up and destroy themselves causing tripping hazards, vehicle damage, machinery damage and water ponding.

The Solution

Mr Crack Fix undertook stabilising, raising and leveling of the slab by injecting resins into voids in conjunction with slab jacking and other stabilisation methods to return the slab to perfect level, finally resealing the slab.

The owners were delighted with the result which was completed on time and on budget, as quoted.
