The Problem

Commercial shopfront being renovated for occupancy by new tenants had major structural wall cracks. Consulting engineer confirmed stitching and structural works were required. Building owner required rehab works to be quickly undertaken to enable occupation by tenants already signed to lease.

The Solution

Mr Crack Fix went in and installed structural tie rods and Helifix masonry repair system. Three facing walls required major crack repairs. Alternative to wall stitching was to demolish and rebuild at prohibitive cost.

The Result

Repairs undertaken comply to engineers inspection according to scope of works. Job turnaround was completed within 5 days. Shop was able to be occupied on time by the tenant upon completion. Project was completed on budget and on time with no further works required
